PLASTER GAUZE: we searched for a plaster product that was easy to work with, durable, and would create a creamy, smooth finish for your bellycast. We tested every plaster gauze product available (really, we did)....and chose one that passed all of our quality tests.

BELLY LUBE: we wanted to provide a lubricant that would make your cast easily removable and be body-friendly and earth-friendly. Eternal Maternal feels very fortunate to be able to provide you with an all-natural product, formulated in conjunction with Karita's Handmade. Eternal Maternal Belly Lube is made of all natural ingredients (sunflower oil and beeswax) and will easily absorb into your skin when your bellycast is complete, so you won’t need to wash it off or deal with messy product like petroleum jelly.

PACKAGING: we were determined to design packaging that, basically, wouldn’t need to be wrapped. We felt that such an amazing project deserved amazing packaging. With the talents of Portland illustrator, Karyn Servin, the Eternal Maternal Bellycast Kit is packaged in a natural kraft box with an original label illustration of Mom, Baby and bellycast.

MOUNTING EQUIPMENT: with the busy schedule of Mom and family in mind, we’ve eliminated one trip to the hardware store and have included 3 feet of picture wire, a hook and nail so that your bellycast can be mounted to most any wall of your house.
