I've known Shalya for many years and was still skeptical when I first heard about the Diva Cup. I had been looking for a more natural solution but wasn't sure I was ready for it. After the first time using it I loved it and have since recommended it to many of my friends. There was no leakage-not a drop. I love it!

I love it! I met Shayla & her beautiful Mom (sister:), asked my questions, and bought the cup! Putting it in the first time was a bit involved - say hello to your vagina! The cup is bigger than a tampon but the same as an erect (use your imagination). Once in you bear down, grasp the bottom and give it a quarter to half turn twist to seal it. Thats it! It also comes with a very cute storage bag.
As Shayla explained our normal cycle includes not only blood but secretions that are meant to be there. A tampon removes all of that - anyone thats used one knows the dry, pulling sensation that you get on inserting or removing on. Also the ick factor is actually less, you don't see anything. About removal, I was naturally worried about spilling or dropping my cup - non-issues! I liked being able feel like I was empowered / more knowledgeable about what was happening. Bottom line, give it a try. I'm never going back! Namaste.
