We are available M F, 8 am until 6 pm EST.  If you contact during our off hours, we will reply as soon as possible.

 

Shipping

 

We use the following shipping methods:

 

  • USPS Priority Mail
  • USPS Express Mail
  • We do not offer USPS parcel service because we would not be able to track your items.  You can also opt to pick up your order at our Bowie, MD or Washington, DC location. 

 

Availability

 

We try our best to maintain a great inventory of all goods listed.  If we find that the item you have ordered is not available, we will notify you immediately with other options.

 

Occasionally the manufacturer of a product may be experiencing a delay, we will try to keep you posted if this should occur.

 

Returns
 
We do not accept any returns without prior approval.  We will accept items up to 30 days after being purchased.  A refund or store credit may be applied.  The customer is responsible for shipping.  Please contact customer service for a return number and physical address.

Any items returned without approval will not be accepted.

All sales and clearance items are final.
